How often are meetings held?
Physician meetings: monthly.
Office manager meetings: monthly.
Care manager meetings: quarterly.
Executive meetings: monthly.
Do I have to attend meetings?
A member from each practice is encouraged to attend. All members are welcome.
What if I’m not located in Grand Rapids?
Meetings can be attended remotely via phone or video-conference.
What insurers are currently contracted with WAFC?
Aetna, Blue Care Network, Cofinity and Priority Health.
How do I engage the services of a lactation consultant or dietitian for my office, or enroll my practice in a WAFC pilot project?
